Fortnight scores a latte... [10 Oct 2009|12:16pm]
It is a miracle that curiosity survives formal education
Unless formal education gets curious(er)
It seems absurd that 41 weeks can become something so resembling a trifling matter and yet not be. Boy does time got the raz.

As things would have it and I: no other way('ve) been put on a forced fortnight break to save myself from myself; great on the one hand, however I can feel the proliferation of unnecessary punctuation permeating.
Update:
I('ve) teach(ed)
Introduced mandatory testing for year 12 and 13 students after recognising huge problems- read gaps- with literacy which lead me to -
Rewrite the AS and A2 Film, English Literature and English Language and Literaure courses which subsequently meant I was asked to -
Develop the curriculum for years 7 - 9 -
Somehow in the process getting C/D borderline kids punching above their weights in year 10 and -
I've exhausted me... and
I'm an uncle: Toebag and Louis have managed to produce a beautiful boy.
And boy oh boy, I have no idea how a year can fissle out: when work rules, right. I set out to challenge and change, and I've been given a long leash and freedom to do just that. The air of delusion I'm faced with each day is motivation enough to fight, disagree and call people for stupidity- but my poor body from the neck down got all rhetorical on me last week, resulting in lots and lots of sleep; but I have been offered an introduction to Cambridge ifwhen or I want it.

One more year... and
That's how it goes I guess
Until it gets curious(er)
